Return & Refund Policy

Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances and limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered, such order is considered cancelled, the amount will be refunded. 

The return process of a product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the product. Any such special terms may be specified under the Return and Refund policy or be intimated at the time of purchase of the product.

Our aim is to deliver the best quality products, however, in case of any issues with the quality of the products, we request you to refuse the items at the time of delivery only. 

Kindly keep the photo of the product in case you are not able to check the quality at the time of delivery.

In case you are not satisfied with the quality post the delivery, please send us the photo via whatsapp @8302885027. Returns will only be accepted within 4 hours of the delivery. 

 For payments made through electronic means such as debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc., the refund shall be made as store credits only.

Store credits can be used for any purchase on our website/store near you within 15 days.
